As the founder of AZ-ICF Homes, Jeanette's vision is to build 'green' eco friendly homes that respect the fragile Southern Arizona ecology, especially hillsides that impact the image of our communities. 'Many of our projects can be seen on hillsides, and we want to assure we add to the beauty of the Old Pueblo with every project we accept..." Jeanette is a U of A Wildcat for Life, member of the Tucson Police Chief's Community Advisory Committee, and long time member of the Links Inc, an organization devoted to minority youth development and more.

 Co-founder Steven has been building custom homes in Southern Arizona since 1987, earned his BA from the U of A, MLA from Harvard, and has authored two publications designed to help clients better understand the design-build process. Past clients have commented that the 'how to' books helped focus them on the right activities" to enjoy the process, make thoughtful design selections, saved money & time, and reduced the stress often noted in home building. Steve has over 40 Custom Hillside projects successfully completed in Southern Arizona ranging from $400,000 to over $2,000,000. 

AZ-ICF Homes has developed a highly skilled network of subcontractors, suppliers, architects, designers, and engineers that are selected to meet the demands of each project, We walk the site with each client to determine the goals and needs to achieve a successful project, and our process is designed to bring the Synergy of the Team together to achieve the very best in Smart Design, sustainability, and budget friendly selection of products and craftsmen/women to help each client from START to TURN-KEY.
